Tusculum is a charming, historic villa located along Fanø’s coastline, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sky, sea, nature, dunes, and Denmark’s oldest links golf course.
With more than 100 years of history, this three-story villa stands as one of the last architectural remnants of the glory days of Fanø Nordsøbad. Throughout the years, kings, local farmers, and travelers have danced within its walls.
Named after the ancient Italian city of Tusculum, the villa beautifully combines Italian inspiration with the charm of western Jutland.
Most of the grand hotels of Fanø Nordsøbad being gone, only Kellers remaining, and of the many villas built around 1900, only four remain: Villa Nina, Villa Quisisana, Villa Marie, and Villa Tusculum. These four villas now represent the last architectural vestiges of Fanø Nordsøbad’s history.

The town of Tusculum was located in beautiful surroundings, 20 km southeast of Rome. Our Villa Tusculum is not in Rome but just a 12-minute ferry ride from Esbjerg, on the island of Fanø.
